Directions to G.A.I.T.

From New Jersey and South
(Sussex County):

  1. Cross the NJ/PA Bridge (Milford Bridge) into Milford.
  2. Go through the stop light and continue for three blocks.
  3. Turn right at 7th Street --
    7th Street becomes "Foster Hill" Road.
  4. GAIT TRC will be on the left.
    (Approximately 2.5 miles on left from where you turned on 7th Street).

From NY and East (Orange County):

  1. Cross the NY/PA Bridge in Matamoras.
  2. Continue on route 209-S and 6-W into Milford.
  3. At the traffic light in Milford turn right and continue for three blocks.
  4. Turn right at 7th Street --
    7th Street becomes "Foster Hill" Road.
  5. GAIT will be on the left.
    (Approximately 2.5 miles on left from where you turned on 7th Street).

OR...

  1. Take Interstate 84 to exit 46 (Milford).
  2. Exit off the ramp, go approximately 2 miles.
  3. You will pass Apple Valley Restaurant on your right, then Grand Union on your left.
  4. The next intersection is 7th Street (no lights, no stop signs).
  5. Make a left onto 7th Street --
    7th Street becomes "Foster Hill" Road.
  6. GAIT will be on the left.
    (Approximately 2.5 miles on left from where you turned on 7th Street).

From Pennsylvania and North and West (Pike County):

  1. Take Interstate 84 East to Exit 46.
  2. Make a right off the exit ramp, go approximately 2 miles.
  3. You will pass Apple Valley Restaurant on your right, then Grand Union on your left.
  4. The next intersection is 7th Street (no lights, no stop signs).
  5. Make a left onto 7th Street --
    7th Street becomes "Foster Hill" Road.
  6. GAIT will be on the left.
    (Approximately 2.5 miles on left from where you turned on 7th Street).
